This role is crucial for providing expert chairside support, managing inventory, and contributing to both clinical and occasional administrative tasks. We are a high-volume specialty dental practice, primarily focused on root canal treatment (endodontics), dedicated to delivering timely, compassionate, and high-quality care. We maintain a steady Monday–Friday schedule, ensuring our team remains busy, engaged, and supported while making a real impact on patient health every day. Job Description Provide skilled chairside dental assisting support during specialty procedures. Manage and perform dental imaging, including traditional radiographs and CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) imaging. Execute thorough sterilization protocols and maintain strict infection control standards. Conduct inventory tracking and supply management to ensure clinical efficiency. Provide occasional support for administrative duties, including phone support and basic insurance verification. Build lasting, professional relationships with patients, teammates, and referring dental offices. Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work occasional extended hours for emergency patient care. Preferences - Software Experience: Dexis Prior experience with dental assisting and/or front office operations. Experience with dental imaging (radiographs and/or CBCT). Experience providing direct patient care. Prior dental experience is a plus; we are fully willing to train the right candidate.
