We’re looking for an experienced Patient Coordinator who is:
Someone who takes initiative and works well with others
Experienced in a dental office setting (2+ years required)
Experienced with Dentrix and Weave software (preferred)
Knowledgeable in CDT coding, insurance verification, and understanding EOBs
Able to calculate patient co-pays and communicate financial information clearly and confidently
Our team enjoys a 4-day work week every week. No late nights or weekends!
Monday - Thursday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
What you’ll do:
Welcome patients and check them in and out
Help ensure the daily schedule runs smoothly and efficiently
Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with financial questions
Support overall office operations and complete additional administrative duties as assigned
This role offers a competitive annual salary of $35,000–$50,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package including:
