Work Schedule (5 Days per Week):
Monday–Wednesday, and Friday: Framingham, MA
Thursday: Northborough, MA
Passion Dental is seeking a compassionate and motivated Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist to join our well-established pediatric specialty practices in Northborough and Framingham, Massachusetts. This role offers providing a balanced workweek across two thriving pediatric offices. Clinical Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including preventive, restorative, and limited surgical procedures
Diagnose and treat oral health conditions in infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs
Educate patients and caregivers on oral health, prevention, and treatment planning
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and office leadership to ensure efficient workflows
Uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence, safety, and professionalism

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
Board-eligible or board-certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (ABPD)
Active Massachusetts dental license or eligibility for licensure
Current DEA registration and CPR/BLS certification
Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered pediatric care
Experience treating infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
