Associate Dentist - Modern Comprehensive Practice

Pinewood Dentistry and Implants seeks a full-time Associate Dentist for its modern, technology-driven private practice in Cumming, GA, focused on comprehensive patient care and collaborative team culture. The ideal clinician is comfortable delivering general restorative dentistry, crown & bridge, some endodontics and extractions, and has familiarity with digital workflows (CEREC/iTero) — implant experience is welcomed but not required. The position typically involves four clinical days per week (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri) with new-graduate-friendly mentorship, working interviews, and an emphasis on thoughtful treatment planning over high-volume “drill and fill” care. Compensation is percentage-of-collections with a daily guarantee for the first four months and typical associate earnings ranging from $120,000 to $300,000 annually. Candidates must hold an active Georgia dental license and demonstrate willingness to grow clinically within a high-technology practice.
