Join Our Growing Dental Team – Dental Assistants & Front Office Receptionists We are seeking motivated, team‑oriented, and professional individuals to join our successful and expanding dental office. Front Office Receptionist Responsibilities: Answer and manage incoming calls.Maintain a professional reception area.Check-in patients following office protocol including verifying and updating patient informationProtects patient confidentiality per rules and procedures.Charges to patient accounts and accurately manage cash drawer.Enter procedures codes with the correct diagnosis.Accurately reconciles charges for the day.Accurately prepares daily deposits.File Insurance claimsUpdate Patient's personal information.Manage patient records, filing, and recall systemsDental Assistant Responsibilities: Setting up operatory rooms for dental proceduresRestocking roomsOrganizing and laying out instruments for dentist's useHanding instruments and other materials to dentists during proceduresAssisting during all dental procedures (Extractions, Implant placements, Crowns, and Root Canals)Making patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatmentSterilizes and disinfects instruments and equipment.Prepares treatment rooms, instruments and Xray setups for dental procedures.Take diagnostic x-rays.Assists the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures.Records treatment information in patient records.Assists with other duties as neededQualifications Strong multitasking and problem‑solving skillsCooperative team player with excellent communication and organizational abilitiesResponsible, dependable, and committed to patient careJob Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offWork Location: In person
