Elite Dental Front Desk/Receptionist

Hi, Dr. C here, I'm looking for an elite dental office receptionist with at least 2 years of experience with Open Dental and insurance processing. Minimum 2 years of experience working as a dental receptionist in a GP office with Open Dental Experience (Required). This is a boutique private practice that is just opening its doors in New Canaan, CT. We are committed to clinical excellence and delivering an exceptional patient experience at every visit. Part-Time to start with full-time in the near future with full benefits Hours: Mondays 11-7 Fridays 7:30-3:30 Every other Saturday 10-4 Will need full time as soon as demand arises. ****Excellent treatment presentation skills an absolute must. ****Intimate knowledge of dental insurances/billing a must. Responsibilities: Greet patients with warmth and professionalismSchedule and confirm appointments efficiently and accuratelyManage patient check-in and check-outHandle and track insurance verification, billing, and claims processingCollect and post payments, manage financial arrangementsMaintain accurate patient records and update information as neededCommunicate effectively with clinical team to ensure smooth daily operationsPresent large treatment plans effectivelyQualifications: Professional, polished demeanor and clear communicationExceptional customer service and interpersonal skillsMinimum 2 years of experience working as a dental receptionist in a GP office with Open Dental Experience (Required)Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitaskCompensation based on experience.
