As a small family-run and slow-paced practice with over 33 years of history, we are seeking an outgoing and friendly Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant to become the welcoming face and gate keeper of our office. This energetic role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions. The suitable candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and possess proficient communication skills, ready to learn and handle multiple responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Duties
Greet visitors, patients and vendors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Manage two-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including texts, emails, mails, and packages
Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and accessibility
Support calendar management by scheduling appointments, periodic recalls, and post-treatment follow-up with details and courtesy
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, QuickBooks data entry, and expense tracking
Perform general clerical duties including copying, scanning, filing, and maintaining office supplies
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries courteously both in person and over the phone, email or on social media
Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks
Support office management activities to enhance overall efficiency and organization
Experience
Previous dental office experience is not required, we can train
Bilingual abilities are a MUST for communicating with our diverse patient base Possess customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong organizational skills with the ability to learn multitask effectively in a calm environment
Competency in computer literacy including typing proficiency, data entry, proofreading, and using Microsoft Office programs

Personal assistant or calendar management experience is beneficial for supporting executive schedules
