Dental Assistant

About us: Located in Bryant, AR, Dr.Ouellette has had his dental practice in the center of town for the past 25 years. We are a large practice and with an associate dentist starting in July and need additional staff for our doctors. We have a laid back casual atmosphere in our beautiful historic building. This job would be a 4-day a week schedule. Willing to pay TOP DOLLAR for the right candidate. **Job Title:**Registered Dental Assistant-MUST HAVE LICENSE Nitrous Oxide certified, CPR certified. Full time position has benefits after 90 days of employment: Health, Vision, and Life (after 6 months) **Overview:** We are looking for the right person and we are willing to pay based on experience. **Responsibilities:** - Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs - Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations - Take and develop dental X-rays - Maintain accurate patient records and assist with medical documentation - Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed - Provide support in dental reception duties as needed - Familiarity with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, and other dental software systems - Knowledge of endodontics, pediatrics, medical imaging, and medical coding is a plus **Experience:** - Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or relevant role - Certification in X-Ray technology is required - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Prior experience with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar software is preferred Join our team and contribute to creating healthy smiles every day!
