Dental Front Desk/Receptionist

Our team is dedicated to making every visit a positive experience for both kids and parents alike. What you’ll be doing: Greet and welcome patients and their families with a warm smile. Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using Dentrix. Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries. Verify and update patient information Verify patient insurance: PPO & certain AHCCCS. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Collaborate with dental team members to ensure smooth office operations. Submit Authorizations/Pre-Determinations Assist with other administrative tasks. Keeping kids calm and happy (bonus points if you know a good knock-knock joke!) Experience Dental Office: 1-2 years required Dental terminology Dentrix Attention to detail & strong organizational skills!
