Dental Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented professional to join our dental team. The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker with excellent communication and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Front office dental experience is preferred, but candidates with strong customer service and administrative backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in/out patients with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently Verify insurance coverage and clearly explain dental benefits to help patients understand their financial responsibility Assist with collections, clearly explain patient balances, and review recommended treatment plans with patients Maintain accurate patient records and perform data entry Scan and organize documents Communicate clearly with patients, doctors, and team members Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Strong attention to detail and organizational ability Comfortable with computers and dental software (preferred) Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting Positive attitude with a desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive team environment Schedule Monday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Tuesday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Compensation & Benefits Pay is based on experience and performance Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical, Dental, and 401(k) benefits On-the-job training and opportunities for professional growth Email @bellasmiles77478@gmail.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Health insurance On-the-job training Paid time off Work Location: In person
