Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate General Dentist to join our highly dynamic dental team. As an Associate General Dentist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dental services, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining adherence to all safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including patient assessment and diagnosis using dental terminology and medical imaging techniques. Deliver a wide range of dental treatments such as restorations, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and other dental procedures with precision and care. Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and treatment options tailored to pediatric dentistry and adult patients. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless four-handed dentistry practices that enhance efficiency and patient comfort. Stay current with the latest developments in general dentistry, including endodontics, prosthodontics, and dental fabrication techniques to provide optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state licensure to practice dentistry without restrictions. Proven experience in general dentistry within a dental clinic or healthcare setting; prior dental office experience is preferred. Proficiency with dental management software such as Open Dental. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and communicate treatment plans clearly. Why you should join us?
