Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Associate General Dentist who is fluent in Spanish to join our vibrant dental team. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans Utilize dental terminology accurately to explain procedures and diagnoses clearly to patients Maintain detailed and compliant medical documentation and dental records in accordance with HIPAA regulations Apply infection control protocols and aseptic techniques consistently to ensure patient safety and uphold clinic standards Collaborate with team members using four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort Use dental imaging tools effectively for diagnosis and treatment planning while maintaining proper infection control standards Requirements Valid license as a General Dentist with active state licensure Fluency in Spanish is essential for effective communication with patients and team members Proven experience in general dentistry, including pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and dental extractions Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar platforms Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and HIPAA compliance Hands-on experience with root canal therapy, dental fabrication, medical imaging, and infection prevention techniques Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and deliver compassionate service Prior experience working in a busy dental clinic or office environment preferred Join us to make a difference by providing exceptional dental care in a supportive setting that values your skills and dedication.
