Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. Duties Perform thorough patient assessments, including dental examinations and medical history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans. Deliver a wide range of dental services such as general dentistry procedures, dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics. Utilize dental imaging techniques and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Execute aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety during all procedures. Conduct pediatric dentistry treatments when applicable, providing gentle care tailored to young patients. Collaborate with dental assistants in four-handed dentistry to optimize workflow efficiency and patient comfort. Educate patients on oral health practices, preventive care, and treatment options to promote long-term wellness. Skills Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to dentistry. Experience with medical imaging equipment and interpretation for accurate diagnosis. Ability to perform complex dental procedures including root canal therapy, dental fabrication, and oral surgery. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs compassionately and effectively. Knowledge of infection control standards and aseptic techniques critical for safe practice environments. Familiarity with pediatric dentistry principles and working with diverse patient populations.
