Compensation: $50-$60/hour based on experience. Who We’re Looking For: Availability: Mondays and Tuesdays (8am-5:00/6:00pm, end time is flexible). Licensed Dental Hygienist in New York A team player who works well with the rest of the staff. A professional who wants to build a career and grow with the practice over time. Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup. Perform head and neck exam. Capture and interpret medical imaging, including X-rays, while maintaining strict infection control protocols. Review patient medical records and documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, dietary habits, and preventive care strategies tailored to pediatric dentistry when applicable. Maintain a sterile environment using aseptic techniques, ensuring all dental instruments and surfaces are properly disinfected.
