Associate Dentist

An Associate Dentist position is available at Belpree Dental in Lubbock, TX, offering a full-time, in-person role with a Monday–Friday schedule. Compensation ranges from $350,000 to $500,000 annually, structured as a $1,500/day guarantee, 30% of net production, and a $40,000 sign-on bonus. The practice provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holiday and sick pay, and a 401(k) with up to 4% employer match, plus a program that allocates 5% of production toward company stock ownership. The dentist will deliver patient-centered care using advanced technologies, maintain accurate records, and support daily production goals while working alongside experienced mentorship.
