Cornerstone Family Dentistry in Garland, TX seeks a General Dentist Associate to join a high-volume, $3M+ revenue practice with a stable hygiene program. This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $200,000 to $220,000 annually, with additional production or collections-based upside and relocation assistance. The provider will work in a modern, well-equipped facility (CBCT, digital scanners, 15 operatories) supported by five experienced hygienists and an experienced support team. The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, patient-focused, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment, with at least one year of experience preferred though new graduates are encouraged to apply. The practice provides a full patient schedule from day one, mentoring, and continuing education opportunities to support professional growth.
