Dental Assistant

Atlanta Oral Surgery in Decatur, GA is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to support oral surgery procedures and patient care. The dental assistant will assist the dentist during examinations and treatments, prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms, take dental X-rays as directed, and manage patient records and scheduling. The role also involves patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care, maintaining supply inventory, and ensuring patient comfort throughout visits. Candidates should have a high school diploma (completion of an accredited dental assisting program preferred), CPR/BLS certification, and strong communication and organizational skills. Compensation is hourly and the position requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment.
