Dental Assistant Trainee

The Dental Assistant Trainee will join the SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium in Alaska as a full-time entry-level team member, earning between $25.00 and $31.88 per hour. In this hands-on role the trainee will learn chair-side assisting, operatory preparation and maintenance, basic lab procedures, radiography and infection control to support dental care for patients of all ages. The position includes community outreach and occasional village field trips, with opportunities to develop clinical and administrative skills such as charting, instrument sterilization, and patient communication. No prior experience is required; basic education and timely BLS certification are expected.
