The Dental Insiders is hiring a full-time Associate Dentist to join its dentist-owned private practice in Hot Springs Village, AR. Compensation ranges from approximately $104,000 to $150,000 annually with a daily guarantee during ramp-up, percentage of collections thereafter, and sign-on/relocation support. The role is patient-focused and supported by steady patient flow, efficient systems, and a collaborative culture that enables clinicians to concentrate on quality care. Clinical duties include comprehensive restorative and preventive treatment, surgical extractions, and opportunities to place or expand implant work while contributing to practice leadership.
