Registered Dental Hygienist

Northwest Colorado Health is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist in Steamboat Springs, CO to deliver clinical and school-based preventive oral care as part of a team-based Community Health Center. The hourly position involves periodontal care, radiographs, sealants and fluoride, oral health education, screenings, and making referrals for comprehensive treatment while maintaining accurate electronic records and infection-control standards. The role collaborates closely with the Dental Director and interprofessional teams to integrate oral health into broader primary care and participate in quality improvement activities. Candidates must hold an active Colorado RDH license, current BLS certification, and meet professional liability and insurance requirements; a Colorado local anesthesia license and community health experience are preferred. Strong communication, cultural competence, and proficiency with practice management software are essential.
