Expanded Functions Dental Assistant EDDA

Open and Affordable Dental Longmont is seeking a full-time Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EDDA) in Longmont, CO to support advanced chairside procedures and streamline patient care. This position offers $28–$30 per hour and features a unique 3-day schedule of 12-hour shifts with alternating Wednesdays and required availability for two Saturdays per month. The ideal candidate has at least two years of dental assisting experience, proficiency with digital radiography (including 3D imaging), familiarity with EHR systems like EagleSoft, and strong infection-control practices. Spanish language skills are required and EDDA certification is preferred. The role combines clinical duties, patient education, and limited front-desk support in a fast-paced, team-oriented practice.
