Dental assistant(Full-time)

Maplewood Dental Associates is seeking a full-time dental assistant to support a two-location, multi‑provider practice serving the Rehoboth Beach area. The position involves chairside support across cosmetic, implant, and general dentistry procedures and requires proficiency with digital systems such as Dexis and CEREC. The role is based in Rehoboth Beach/Fenwick Island, Monday–Friday with four long weekday shifts, and pays $20–$40 per hour. The practice operates in a paperless, fee‑for‑service environment and emphasizes a collaborative, growth‑oriented culture. Candidates should bring at least 2–3 years of clinical experience, strong patient service skills, and a willingness to learn and advance within the team.
