Oral Surgery Dental Assistant

Paradigm Oral Health is hiring a full-time Oral Surgery Dental Assistant to support surgeons across Wilmington, Newark, and Middletown, DE (travel between sites required). The hourly position involves chairside assistance throughout preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases, maintaining aseptic technique, obtaining radiographs, managing instruments, and documenting clinical care. Candidates with prior oral surgery experience, radiology certification, DAANCE, or licensure are preferred, though the practice will train motivated individuals with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient safety. BLS certification is required or must be obtained within one month of hire.
