Remote Clinical Director 1

Dental Medical Careers is hiring a Remote Clinical Director 1 to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for in-office and mobile dental services across Alaska. This full-time, remote position focuses on quality assurance, case review, protocol development, compliance, and virtual clinical support to ensure safe, evidence-based care. The director will remotely review imaging and treatment plans, lead audits and trainings, serve as an escalation resource for complex cases, and work with operations and vendors to optimize service delivery. Candidates must hold a DDS/DMD with an active, unrestricted state license, have at least 10 years of clinical experience (mobile dentistry and advanced implant credentials preferred), and prior leadership or oversight experience. Compensation is offered on an hourly basis.
