Dental Receptionist/Front Office

Project Vision Hawai`i is hiring a full-time Dental Receptionist to join its community-focused clinic at Aloha Medical Missions in Honolulu, HI. The receptionist will serve as the front-line contact for patients, managing appointment scheduling, multi-line phone triage, patient records, and general office administration while supporting outreach and culturally responsive care for low-income and underserved populations. Candidates should be organized, personable, comfortable with basic office software and scheduling systems, and able to work independently and as part of a small team; dental office experience is preferred but not required. This in-person position offers consistent daytime hours (Monday–Friday) and opportunities for on-the-job training and growth. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.
