Dental Assistant - Oral Surgery

Paradigm Oral Health is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant specializing in oral surgery to support surgeons across its Wilmington, Newark, and Middletown, DE locations (travel between sites required). This hourly position involves preoperative preparation, chairside assistance, sterile technique maintenance, radiograph acquisition, and accurate clinical documentation. The ideal candidate brings strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, good judgment, and patient-focused communication—previous oral surgery experience and certifications (DAANCE, radiology, licensed DA) are preferred but not required. BLS must be obtained within one month of hire and basic computer and medical terminology skills are expected.
