Lead Orthodontic Assistant

Hero Practice Services is seeking a Lead Orthodontic Assistant to join its Alaska team, supporting orthodontic care for underserved children across the organization. In this full-time, hourly role the lead will oversee and train orthodontic assistants, optimize patient flow, and enhance patient experience through education and team development. The position requires applicable state certifications and radiology training, prior orthodontic assisting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform clinical and light physical duties. Compensation is $22.00–$28.00 per hour, with additional monthly bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package. This role reports to the Assistant Operations Manager and contributes to a mission-driven, patient-first clinical environment.
