A well-established single-location family dental practice in Fairbanks, Alaska is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join a close-knit, collaborative team. The position is hourly and offers Monday–Thursday scheduling with flexible options and a clear pathway to partnership or eventual ownership. The dentist will provide comprehensive general dentistry for a family patient population, collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff, and maintain clinical records using Dentrix and Image XL.
