Dental Hygienist

Desert Sage Health Centers seeks a full-time Dental Hygienist in Mountain Home, ID, offering hourly pay and robust benefits including NHSC loan repayment, signing/relocation and retention bonuses, immediate retirement vesting, and CME/license fee reimbursement. The hygienist will deliver preventive and periodontal clinical care, patient education, and community-based oral health programming while maintaining electronic records and complying with CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA standards. Performance expectations include averaging about one patient per hour and providing care to roughly 700–800 individuals annually. Candidates must hold Idaho registration as a Dental Hygienist with local anesthesia credentials, be able to transport ~40 lbs of equipment, and have a reliable vehicle and driver’s license. Public health, community outreach, bilingual abilities, and experience with underserved populations are preferred.
