Pediatric Dental Assistant

Westport Dental Office in Westport, CT is seeking a friendly, patient-focused Pediatric Dental Assistant to join its full-time team. The position follows a Monday–Thursday 8:30 am–5:30 pm schedule with one Saturday a month (8:00 am–1:00 pm) and offers a collaborative, family-oriented clinical environment. The assistant will support doctors and hygienists during pediatric procedures (cleanings, sealants, fillings, extractions, pulpotomies), take and process x‑rays, sterilize and set up operatories, and assist with light front‑desk tasks as needed. Candidates should have dental assisting experience (approximately two years preferred) and current x‑ray certification; familiarity with Eaglesoft is a plus. Compensation ranges from $27–$30/hour, and the practice offers benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, employee discounts, and profit sharing.
