Dental Hygienist - Bellevue/Fairfield clinic

Family Health Services Corporation is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to provide preventive and non-surgical hygiene care at its Bellevue clinic (three days/week) and at the Fairfield clinic on Thursdays. The position offers hourly pay from $45.10 to $52.05 DOE, a $500 sign-on bonus after six months, and eligibility for quarterly bonuses up to $520. The hygienist will perform oral prophylaxis, periodontal assessment and non-surgical therapy, radiographs, local anesthesia administration, patient education, and routine equipment and records maintenance. The role requires an accredited dental hygiene education, an Idaho hygienist license, and adherence to safety, compliance, and clinic protocols. Moderate physical activity and standard clinical infection-control and OSHA training are required.
