Associate Dentist

Independence Dental Services is seeking an Associate Dentist to join its SmileMakers comprehensive practice in Montgomery, AL. The clinician will provide restorative and preventive care, perform examinations and treatment planning, administer anesthetics, and collaborate with hygienists and support staff on a full range of procedures. Candidates should hold an active dental license for the state, be proficient with dental charting and practice management software (Eaglesoft or similar), and follow strict infection control standards; pediatric experience and familiarity with CAD/CAM systems are a plus. This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive salary range of $150,000–$250,000 annually plus benefits and commission opportunities.
