Associate Dentist- Full Time (4 Days a Week)

Harborside Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist (four days per week) to join its privately owned general dentistry practice in Wells, ME. The position is hourly with a collections-based model offering unlimited earning potential. The clinic features an established and growing patient base, a two-doctor collaborative environment, and an office expansion underway to increase capacity. The associate will provide comprehensive restorative and preventive care with full clinical autonomy, working with modern digital technology and a supportive clinical team. Candidates should hold a DDS or DMD, an active Maine license, current CPR certification, and a commitment to patient-centered care and professional growth.
