Associate Dentist

Harborside Dental in Wells, ME is seeking an Associate Dentist to join a privately owned, two-doctor general practice located near the Southern Maine coastline. This full-time position is a four-day work week (Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM) and uses an hourly/collections-based compensation model with unlimited earning potential. The practice is expanding its office and technology — including digital scanning and radiography with cloud-based software — and supports a large, established patient base. Clinical responsibilities focus on comprehensive restorative care (crowns, implant restorations, extractions, endodontics, removable and fixed prosthetics) along with diagnosis, treatment planning, and preventive services. The ideal candidate is compassionate, collaborative, Maine-licensed, and committed to patient-centered care and ongoing professional development.
