Progressive Dental Center of Marion seeks an Associate Dentist in Marion, IN to deliver comprehensive general dentistry in a busy, established practice. The position involves diagnosing and treating oral diseases, performing preventive and restorative procedures, and maintaining clear clinical documentation across a range of services including crowns, dentures, implants support, limited endo, and clear aligners. The office is equipped with modern digital tools (scanners, milling unit, Solea laser, digital x‑rays) and is supported by a long‑tenured, team‑oriented staff. This is a full‑time, hourly role with flexible scheduling options Monday–Thursday (8 AM–6 PM) and a compensation structure offering a guaranteed base or percentage‑of‑collections model.
