Dental Assistant Instructor - Fort Wayne, IN ($500 signing bonus)

Zollege is seeking a part-time Dental Assistant Instructor in Fort Wayne, IN to teach 12-week hands-on clinical cohorts and mentor students in chairside procedures and radiology. The instructor will lead Saturday classes (typically 7:00 a.m.–6:15 p.m.), coach students during labs, assess skills, and uphold infection control and safety standards. This role is ideal for experienced DAs (DA, RDA, or EFDA) who want to continue clinical work during the week while taking on a teaching role on weekends. Compensation ranges from $29–$31 per hour, with a $500 signing bonus, and requires active radiology and CPR/BLS certification and five-plus years of chairside experience. Candidates with prior mentoring or dental office software familiarity are preferred.
