Associate Dentist

Blue Ridge Dental P.C. is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join its private practice in Historic Blue Ridge, GA (Riverstone Medical Campus). The position is four days per week with an alternating Monday–Thursday / Tuesday–Friday schedule, regular office hours, and every-other-week four-day weekends. Compensation includes a guaranteed per diem plus 30% of collections, with an expected annual range of $140,000–$200,000. Candidates from new graduates to experienced clinicians are welcome; the owner, a seasoned practitioner and former dental faculty director, provides mentorship while granting clinical autonomy. After a brief eligibility period, the role offers benefits such as paid vacation, holiday pay, employer-paid CE, a monthly healthcare allowance, free dental care, provided uniforms, and coverage of laboratory fees.
