Traveling Dental Assistant

ExcelHealth Group LLC is seeking a full-time Traveling Dental Assistant based in Winter Haven, FL to support mobile dental clinics providing on-site care to residents of long-term care facilities. The role involves assisting the dentist with instrument setup, radiographs, infection control, patient transfers, and maintaining an organized treatment environment in small, mobile clinic teams. Candidates should hold a current dental assistant certificate and either have or be willing to obtain radiographer certification, plus demonstrate strong communication, punctuality, and comfort working with elderly patients. The position requires regular travel across the state, typically four to five days per week with frequent overnight stays. Compensation is $16–$19 per hour, with travel-related expenses (transportation, hotel, meal budget) covered, paid travel time, paid holidays, and benefits including paid orientation, PTO, and on-the-job training.
