Oral Surgery Dental Assistant

The Christiana Center for Oral Surgery & Dental Implants is hiring a full-time Oral Surgery Dental Assistant to support surgical care across Wilmington, Newark, and Middletown, DE (travel between sites required). This hourly position involves preoperative preparation, chairside assistance, sterile technique maintenance, radiographs, patient monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation. The practice seeks a detail-oriented, team-focused professional with strong manual dexterity, patient-safety commitment, and relevant certifications or willingness to obtain them (BLS required within one month). Prior oral surgery experience and radiology/DAANCE credentials are preferred but training is available for the right candidate.
