West Hartford Family Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist in West Hartford, CT to join a busy, family-oriented practice; candidates should have completed a GPR/AEGD or possess at least one year of practice experience. The role offers a $10,000 signing bonus and a collections-based compensation plan with a guaranteed minimum of $150,000 annually for the first year, plus health, disability, retirement benefits and malpractice coverage. The office features 15 operatories, up-to-date digital clinical and practice management systems, and a stable clinical/support team. The patient base exceeds 4,500 active patients with steady new patient flow, and the practice operates on insurance and fee-for-service models (no Medicaid). There are structured mentorship and CE opportunities, with a pathway to partnership/equity as the founder transitions toward reduced days and eventual retirement.
