Dental Assistant

A Dental Assistant position is available in a pediatric dentistry and orthodontics practice located in Atlanta, GA. The role involves assisting the dentist during examinations and procedures, preparing and sterilizing treatment rooms and instruments, taking dental X-rays as directed, and helping manage patient records and scheduling. The assistant will also educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care, maintain dental supply inventory, and ensure a comfortable, child-friendly experience. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with completion of an accredited dental assisting program preferred, CPR/BLS certification, and strong communication and organizational skills. This is a full-time, hourly position offering an opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment.
