Ekos Dental Group, LLC is seeking a full-time Associate/General Dentist in Viera, FL to join a doctor-first, high-performance group focused on comprehensive care. The role offers $250,000–$400,000+ earning potential with a daily guarantee plus a high percentage of collections and a full benefits package. The dentist will provide restorative care, crown & bridge, implant placement and prosthetics, extractions, diagnosis, and long-term treatment planning while collaborating with a strong hygiene and support team. In-house mentorship, CE allowance, advanced equipment (intraoral scanner, CBCT, full implant armamentarium), and centralized operational support are provided to help clinicians develop into leading general dentists. The position features a modern office, a four-and-a-half day schedule with no weekends, and a PPO/FFS patient base.
