Associate Dentist

Hamlin Modern Dentistry is seeking an Associate Dentist to join a modern, patient-focused private practice in Winter Garden, FL. The contract position offers competitive annual compensation ranging from $150,000 to $300,000 and is primarily in-person. The dentist will provide general restorative and surgical care—including fillings, extractions, endodontics, crowns, and clear aligner therapy—while using digital tools like an iTero scanner and intraoral camera. Candidates must hold a DDS or DMD, maintain an active state license, have at least three years of patient-care experience, and be comfortable administering nitrous oxide for anxious patients. Strong communication, HIPAA knowledge, and a patient-centered approach are essential for collaborating with the clinical team.
