Teeth R Us Children’s Dentistry in Diamond Bar, CA is hiring a full-time Dental Biller/Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and insurance billing for a pediatric practice. The role combines patient-facing duties—greeting families, scheduling, appointment confirmations, and handling payments—with backend responsibilities such as verifying coverage, preparing and submitting claims (including Medi‑Cal, HMO, and PPO), reviewing EOBs, and following up on denials. Proficiency with Dentrix, CDT coding, and an understanding of eligibility, benefits, deductibles and calendar year maximums is required. The position also involves producing daily production and monthly collection reports and assisting patients with billing questions and payment arrangements. Compensation ranges from $23 to $31 per hour and includes paid time off.
