Dental Ambulatory Surgery Center
About UsThe Dental Sedation Center of Connecticut (DSCC) is a physician-led, dental-focused Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) located in Fairfield, CT, designed to deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care for pediatric and adult patients. In partnership with Coastal Sedation Specialists (CSS), we also provide mobile anesthesia services across a focused group of affiliated dental practices.
We are building a team-based, high-reliability clinical environment focused on safety, professionalism, and operational excellence. As an early-stage organization, we offer a unique opportunity to contribute to both clinical care and the development of a growing program.
Our first ASC opened in April 2026, and is an exciting opportunity to help shape clinical operations and culture from the ground up.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a Dentist Anesthesiologist to join our clinical team in a role that includes:
• Anesthesia care in a brand new, state-of-the-art ASC (Fairfield, CT)
• Mobile anesthesia services in dental offices throughout Connecticut
• Participation in clinical workflow development, safety initiatives, and operational processes
This role is ideal for a clinician who values consistency, professionalism, and team-based care, and who is interested in contributing to a growing clinical program.
Key Responsibilities• Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care across ASC and mobile environments
• Ensure pre-case readiness, including medications, equipment, and patient preparation
• Exercise consistent clinical judgment aligned with established safety protocols

• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinical culture

• Eligible for licensure in Connecticut with a dentist anesthesiology permit
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety
• Ability to work effectively in both structured (ASC) and variable (mobile) environments

• Demonstrate maturity, reliability, and professionalism
• Take ownership of the clinical environment—not just individual cases

Important ConsiderationsThis is an early-stage, growing organization. Candidates should be comfortable with:
• Evolving workflows and processes
