This role is the first point of contact for our patientssetting the tone for a world-class experience from the very first call to the moment they walk through our doors. Position Summary The Front Office Receptionist supports daily front desk operations by managing incoming calls, responding to patient inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly. This role is essential in creating a positive, organized, and welcoming environment for both patients and team members. Schedule Full-time, Monday Thursday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week ) Key Responsibilities Patient Communication Answer incoming phone calls professionally and promptlyRespond to patient inquiries, texts, and messagesRoute calls and messages to the appropriate team membersFront Desk Support Greet patients and create a welcoming environmentAssist with check-in/check-out processesHelp maintain a clean, organized front office areaAdministrative Tasks Support scheduling and appointment coordinationAssist with basic data entry and documentationHelp manage daily front-end workflow and communicationPotential for Growth Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) This role is designed as a launching point into a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) position for team members who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and a passion for patient experience.
