Associate Dentist - Harborcreek Dental - Pennsylvania

Harborcreek Dental seeks a full-time Associate Dentist to join its established general practice in Erie/Butler, PA, providing comprehensive care in a modern, team-oriented setting. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, collaborative clinician with DDS/DMD and a Pennsylvania license (or in process); 1–2 years’ experience is preferred but all levels will be considered. The position offers full clinical autonomy, access to four hygienists and six fully equipped operatories, and opportunities to grow clinically within a supportive environment. Compensation includes competitive earning potential starting at $200,000 with upside to $300,000+ annually, plus sign‑on and relocation support as available.
