Associate Dentist

An associate dentist position is available with a family‑owned, fee‑for‑service and PPO dental practice in Allentown, PA, seeking a part‑time clinician to join its established patient base. The role is part-time (Tues/Weds/Thurs, 7:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.) and supports comprehensive care for patients of all ages using modern digital systems (Open Dental, Dexis) in a chartless environment. Compensation includes a guaranteed salary for the first 90 days, then 30% of collections minus lab fees, paid hourly. The practice does not participate in Medicaid/Medicare/HMO and offers a 401(k) after one year. Candidates must hold a current Pennsylvania dental license and a DEA license and demonstrate a motivated, compassionate chairside manner.
