Dental Hygienist

Dental Care of Elkton in Elkton, MD is seeking a full-time dental hygienist to provide comprehensive preventive and maintenance care in a modern, team-oriented practice. The position offers hourly pay with bi-weekly compensation, the option for Daily Pay, and eligibility for daily and quarterly bonuses. Typical schedule is Monday–Thursday 8–5 and Friday 8–12, with appointment lengths designed to support quality patient care (e.g., 80-minute new patient, 50-minute recare, 40-minute perio maintenance). The role includes access to Arestin, iTero, Velscope, CE coverage, structured onboarding and mentorship, and a full benefits package for team members working a minimum of 30 hours (health, dental, vision, 401k, paid holidays, PTO). Candidates must hold a Maryland dental hygienist license, CPR certification, and be able to perform standard clinical duties and periodic training.
