Registered Dental Hygienist

Lake Wales Dental Group in Lake Wales, FL is seeking a motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join a busy, growth-oriented practice. This full- or part-time position offers compensation from $35 to $45 per hour or an 8% commission base—whichever is higher—with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and unlimited earning potential in a commission-friendly model. The role supports a two-column (double-booking) schedule and is ideal for a high-producing hygienist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include periodontal charting, SRP, prophy, perio maintenance, digital imaging, patient education, and maintaining OSHA/HIPAA compliance. Candidates must hold an active Florida RDH license, CPR and anesthesia certifications, strong periodontal skills, and familiarity with Open Dental.
